CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are available up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. All appointment changes/cancellations within the 24-hour window, for any reason (including illness), are billed at the full fee of the original booking. You can avoid the fee by sending someone in your place.

Booking a new appointment does not cancel an existing appointment.
